I had an issue where my AHU was tripping the breaker. I called Piedmont and spoke to Morgan who was very friendly and professional. We discussed what was going on and he sent Jacob out to diagnose the issue. Jacob was also very friendly and professional. Jacob did a thorough job checking over everything. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely be calling Piedmont for my annual HVAC checkups and if any future issues arise.

Technician came over checked my cooling system and got it back working in no time. Pleased with Piedmont service and professionalism. I did not not have to pay for anything as part of routine maintenance.

They have always been on time when i requested service very professional and understanding to what is needed and when it is needed. Mr. Morgan explains exactly what is needed to be done before that work is done so there are no surprises on the customer side. These guys have gone above and beyond to diagnose and fix my heating problems as quickly as possible. They respond promptly to emergency calls and pride themselves on their ability to help their callers, whether first timers or folks who have used them several times

Had a gas leak at my home and they came out quickly. The technician was professional, explained everything clearly, and fixed the issue safely. Great service. Thanks
