Had them scheduled to come at 1pm and they call and say gotta come earlier! Call me at 8 am! Had guys scheduled to be here at 12! Just terrible business!

Whichever lady answers the phone is just terrible. I apologise for not knowing everything about concrete for my first concrete project. I was simply looking for a little assistance before I gave them $1000. Do not call them if you have one single question. They will make you feel like a useless human being. I will try someone else since their customer service is so bad.

Terrible customer service. Called to see what they have other than ready mix concrete and the lady said "I don't have time for a sales call i am in the middle of something bye". I wouldn't call someone trying to BUY stuff a sales call. All i wanted to do was set up an account for my guys to buy things if need be.

Used a couple times. Great customer servive
