Piedmont is a GREAT company to work with. I used them at my place of business and they are always out here right away fixing the problem(s). Nate Sexton is the best and my usual tech, Kevin, is very knowledgeable and has the best personality. You can't go wrong working with this company for sure!!

From prompt response times to how well everyone communicates from the business to the customer, there is nothing bad to say about this company. Piedmont services have been our HVAC contractors for over four years, I must say they are always on top of every issue we have ever had, I call the service manager and he will get someone on the site with in 30 minutes or less, and most techs are coming from the Greenville area, they have been very good for the company. and I don't have any thing bad I could ever say, if you need professional HVAC. We have used Piedmont for minor repairs, major system upgrades, overhauls, and routine maintenance. They are incredibly responsive to our needs. Excellent customer service at the Greenville NC office! Service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They always cover the work they are scheduled to perform and give you an update when the work is completed. Service dispatchers are friendly and response is typically same day service. I would definitely recommend Piedmont service group for any HVAC needs!
