Very unsafe driver. License Plate NC JN-5528. Multiple lane changes failing to signal on 440. Multiple solid line crossings at South Saunders. Clearly exceeding all posted speed limits. Tailgating a vehicle with a baby seat in the back.

I have not used this company, but I am leaving a one star review for a driver of your company van who was traveling down 540 at 6:45pm near Falls of Neuse exit tonight. There is heavy traffic and I am driving 80mph in the left lane, and the driver felt the need to tailgate me and flash the brights multiple times, then honk at me as he or she passed me. I have a small child in the backseat and I am already driving 10 over the speed limit in heavy traffic. This driver is not representing your company well. I tried to speed up to get the plate number but he/she was driving too fast and switching lanes and I did not feel safe trying to catch up.

My business has used Piedmont for HVAC preventative maintenance for about 4 years. During the early part of that period we found things weren't quite taken care of up to expectations. When we brought this to their attention they quickly responded (after a little miscommunication) and reached out to make things right. While our initial experience wasn't perfect, I was super impressed with how they handled it both in terms of their professionalism and taking accountability. So far since that point, things have been going very smoothly and as expected.

I wish I'd read their reviews before I requested an appointment. They took my emergency call and promised they would be out that same day to fix HVAC and vacuum up water. They said, "I'll call you right back" and never did. I called back a few hours later and left a message. They never returned the call. The wet carpet left unattended for another day has caused much more damage. Thanks Piedmont!

We had four units fail due to poor workmanship and a wrong part installed at our preventive maintenance visit. The company is still unwilling to credit the money paid to them.
