Piedmont Sheet Metal is by far the best HVAC company in the area! They not only offer prompt service but go the extra mile to offer the customer great satisfaction. The schedulers are polite , prompt and knowledgeable. I had service at two places in one week and they offered quick reliable service both times. Frank the technician was very pleasant and knew his stuff. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and that my concerns were met. I needed a part that he didn’t carry on his truck but he found it and assured he would be back within a day to remedy the issue. I urge anyone needing HVAC service to call this company. Piedmont Sheet Metal should definitely be your go to for Lennox (and probably any HVAC needs) in the area. I found them through Lennox's dealer list where they have great reviews. I'm glad I found them because they've been extremely professional and responsive since the beginning. Todd is a great sales rep and Karissa handled all the paperwork quickly. Both installations went faster than I expected and the team that did them were great, respectful and answered all my questions. Thanks again PSM!

We used this company. After several service technicians coming out, they had to facetime the supervisor for help. After spending over $2000, on our current unit, we were told we needed a new air unit. I should have been told this before spending $2000 on my current unit. I was stunned by their overall behavior of it all. The technicians had NO CLUE what they are doing. Go ELSEWHERE. They NO NOT stand behind their multiple failed attempts on your unit but they will charge you for it. We lost hundreds of dollars to this company for NOTHING! I tried my best to recover all the failed service attempts toward my new unit, and was declined. It was a complete Scam due to untrained employees coming out multiple times to my house. Where to start?…They come out to service my a/c on a Thursday, and checked “everything”. He changed one small part for $20, so I was thrilled until the next day. Friday I go outside and the a/c sounded weird and I’m thinking why is this happening he was just here yesterday? I was having no problems before he came simply for a service check up. I look at the unit and it’s running but the fan isn’t working, so I call to get a tech back out to fix it, and they were closed on a Friday! No a/c with high temperatures all weekend? I don’t think so! I called my friend to help recommend someone to help. Based on what he found on the web we determined it was the capacitor. That should have been checked the day before! Do not work with this company. Does not honor warranty. We have been waiting through the worst summer of our lives with NO AC. My mother had brain surgery and they could CARE LESS! WE WILL BE SEEKING DAMAGES AND MEDICAL BILLS. POSSIBLY CRIMINAL NEGLIGENCE. They are out here selling brand new units and cannot fix our unit after MULTIPLE service calls that we PAID for. Worst experience ever!
