I had a difficult time finding a company to bring my stairs into the 2000’s until I found Piedmont StairWorks. Kelly was a great. She helped in coming up with the best plan for our new look. Took the time to make sure we were happy, and made it so easy to schedule the work. She kept us updated all the way up to the day of the upgrade. On the day of the install, Thanome showed up on time and as professional as can be. Took all COVID protocols, and was a master craftsman. I could not speak more highly of Thanome. After the work was done, sooner then expected, he cleaned up, made sure we were happy, and left us to enjoy our new and improved stairs. I reached out months ago to get a quote on a new construction staircase. They offered a reasonable price and timeframe. I signed their quote and was in touch with Donovan to schedule an appointment to come out and measure the area. Donovan then ghosted my texts for two weeks before finally answering the phone and saying my job was no longer big enough for them. You tell that to someone before accepting their job…. I am now in a bind to get a new company at the absolute last second. Stay far, far away from this company. There’s nothing worse than an unreliable, dishonest company.

I dislike writing bad reviews, but the company has had plenty of opportunities to contact me to discuss. The product delivered was neither what I wanted nor was it was communicated to me that what I wanted would not be provided. The work done was shoddy and had to be corrected (the balusters were not installed in the holes on the rail cap). I contacted my sales agent regarding all of this and her response was that she would contact me to discuss after repairs were made...still waiting to discuss 3 months later. Oh...and one of the 5 star reviewers is actually an employee (my sales agent).

Piedmont Stairworks did a fantastic job on my staircase. I am so happy with the outcome. My home now looks like a celebrity’s home. I want to give credit to Kim and Mike. Thanks again!
