They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my household goods were packed perfectly and I have no doubt in my mind that my goods will arrive in pristine condition. Piedmont took care of our move when separating from the Army, and we could not be more pleased with how professional, courteous and efficient they were. Each and every one of our household items arrived in excellent condition and they took great care with our homes on either end—again nothing was damaged or even scratched with unloading or loading. This company was contracted out for our military move from Goldsboro to Kentucky. At first, the experience seemed fantastic. However, as the experience as gone on (were on 5 months now), I would recommend the hassle of moving yourself over moving with them. The people they contracted out to pack our house were not honest about what was on the paperwork I was signing. Then, after ruining some of our furniture during the moving process by stacking several bench weights inside of a desk, the paperwork was altered to say that it was falling apart. Recommend staying far far away from this dishonest company.
