Pier V Parking

I made a reservation for a multi-day parking and while I had the paperwork I could not see the process for actually parking. The manager Jay came out of the office and was so incredibly understanding and helpful in instructing me on what to do. Very friendly and pleasant. He would not accept a token of my thanks! Great place.

Edit a Refund was given, thank you. Parked here on Saturday 6/15. Clear signs inside, outside and on the pay machine stated that I would pay $30 for up to 12 hours of parking, I was there for less then 4 hours and paid more then their 24hr rate. I was charged $40, went in immediately to complain and ask for the difference back and was told I would have to get on the website and submit an inquiry. Thus far no response. Buyer beware before you pay that your amount is the correct total, I was unaware I could have canceled the transaction at the machine. I'd like to add there were zero 0000 event rate parking signs, the only signs clearly posted were their standard prices and when I went to complain I was not told there was an event rate in affect, therefore my review stands and this parking

Mistakenly charged for $35 lost ticket fine after we put the ticket back. Emailed to ask for the money back with clear description of the situation and no one ever responded for 2 weeks.

Spent $30 dollars on 3 hour parking.Kinda pricey..but there was plenty of space to park.

Pricey garage but it's near everything so it's worth it. Used it to go to the National Aquarium. Found parking pretty quick.
