I own a dog boarding facility in Kingston and I needed to have 2 sinks installed. Dave was absolutely amazing! Fairly priced, always on time, very responsive with communication, and he did an amazing job! I had 2 other plumbers that I got quotes from, but I'm so glad I went with Dave! I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone, and I will definitely be using him again 😁.

I would highly recommend this company. We hired David to work on our new condo, prior to moving in. He replaced all the faucets, shower heads, etc in both bathrooms. We had him install a utility sink in the basement/studio area and run the water line for the new refrigerator. Post move in, we've called him a few times: new toilet install and a lose pipe that was leaking in the basement. He always shows up on time, great attitude, professional behavior, reliable and great prices. HIGHLY recommend. He's our "go-to" Plumber! So happy we found him.

After several attempts at leaving voicemail messages with several other plumbers with no response, I Contacted Pierce Family Plumbing via their website email. To my surprise Dave emailed me back the very next morning. I had a few smallplumbing items that needed attention. Dave and I exchanged a few emails throughout the day to troubleshoot the issues. He scheduled an appointment to come address the issues. We talked about options and the cost associated with each option. He was very open, honest, professional and accommodating.
