Have used this company for many years, not sure if it has changed management, but I had scheduled for an appt for servicing of my furnace for the winter like I have always done over the years, the guy I spoke with scheduled the appt and no one ever showed up, have tried calling and I get no one of the phone, I am very disappointed of the lack of caring about the customer, I will take my business elsewhere

Pierce is a fantastic company! In a growing industry of people trying to push a product rather than maintaining what you have, these folks really do their best to help you out without playing the scare tactic sale game other large companies do. I've had a number of small repairs done through them and after 4 different quotes, came to them for new HVAC system when the time came. Paul is very knowledgeable and down to earth, and the customer service sets the bar for other companies I will deal with in the future. Their prices easily beat out any practical competitors by hundreds for the system I needed and I've been very happy with any work they've done. Always get a second opinion for expensive jobs of course, but I could not recommend them enough!

I would like to commend Pierce Heating and AC for being incredibly efficient, professional, cost effective, on time and polite. I have always had my HVAC serviced every year but, this year Pierce Heating came. I was so impressed with their attention to detail. It was amazing! I always watch to see what the technician does. Pierce Heating cleaned and repaired, carefully explained and followed up. They fixed two issues that i have had since it was installed. It is nice to know i have finally found a reliable, dedicated and knowledgeable company to keep my family warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I highly recommend them!!

This company recently helped my company out because we were short staffed. They came in and helped out with an important job. The owner, Billy Pierce, actually came out to make sure everything was done correct. The technician. Joseph, was terrific to work with and very professional. I have always lived by the philosophy that companies should work with each other, and not against each other, and this company obviously feels the same. I only hope that one day I’ll be able to return the favor.

Paul and Billy are top notch guys. They are very professional and thorough. After we had several reps come by with standard, expensive estimates, Paul came in and sold us on his knowledge. He didn't sell us parts or accessories we didn't need. And, he gave us the best price. Billy handled the install and did a great job. After the install was done, there was no mess and cool air. I would definitely recommend them. They're good, honest guys ready to help.
