Pierce Heating and Cooling

I called on Thursday May 30 in the afternoon girl took all my information on Friday not returned called so Friday evening I called and got the answer service they took my information again and said she would have the tech call me. On Saturday June 1 at 2:15 I hadn't had a call back so I called once again and got the answer service she took my information once again. The tech return my called and said oh I was going to call you this morning and forgot. If we come out today its a 50 dollar fuel fee and double time and we want paid. I said I called on Thursday well we don't show you called on Thursday. Cant get to me until Tuesday So on Monday I am going to call and cancel we will find someone else with better customer service and a receptionist that can do her job correctly.

Oh my goodness where do I start about Pierce Heating and Cooling?? Just all around good guys. Brandon is a down home family kinda guy and very knowledgeable about mechanical systems. He wants to make sure you get quality work and have the level of comfort you would expect from a legit contractor. I was thinking his wife’s review was bias but now I agree with her.

My A/C was acting up for a while, finally called Peirce to come out and check on things, as I know my unit is aging. I called and made even an after hours appointment because it feels like 99 degrees today. They were able to check out my system BEFORE after hours. Added a small part to assist my aging system, they were here and gone in 20 minutes. Explained what they see and how this new part will work. Cody was SUPER nice in explaining everything. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend Pierce to anyone.

My husband is the Owner of Pierce Heating and cooling. He is a great guy. Honest, helpful and knowledgeable. He wants his customers to be completely happy with the work his company does for them. All of his employees are great guys too!

We have had Pierce heating & cooling do several different jobs for us and they have always done a great job! We have had them do jobs small and large. I would defiantly recommend Brandon and his team.
