He showed up visibly angry that I had a broken pipe. Told me to expose the leaking pipe and call him back and he would fix it. I cut open my cupboards and called them back. Hours passed and he didn't show up. I called again, this time Pierce answered and told me that he didn't want to do it anymore and was incredibly rude. This company is a joke look elsewhere.

We called on this company as they came recommended when we moved and needed to install a brand new bathroom. The fellow that came to do the installation not only insulted us while in our home doing a job we were paying good money for, he also left a mess behind and had to return a number of times to correct mistakes made. Whether the “mistakes” were accidental or on purpose, I won’t be using them ever again.

We have been trying to get this company to come for almost 11 months to service our water treatment tanks that they installed several years ago. We have high levels of arsenic in our well water making our water unusable until the tanks are serviced. Their refusal to schedule us has angered and frustrated us as they have a million excuses why they can’t schedule us.

They are always super friendly and reliable. Helped us out so many times and always willing to go the extra mile.

They are always there when we need them! Highly recommend!
