I would recommend Alex at Pikes to anyone! He was so kind and explained everything he did as he did it. Very knowledgeable! Made me feel like he cared and wasn't out trying to get more money out of me. Such a great guy! I learned so much about my furnace in the hour he was here.

We called Pike’s as our boiler was acting up and not heating a zone - they showed that day! Amazing! Of course, it was more than one thing as we have an older home😉 Alex was very professional and very quick at both repairs needed. He also explained everything that was fixed clearly so it was easy for us to understand.

Furnace blower died on the coldest weekend of the year: homeowner nightmare. My biggest mistake was first calling a more search visible competitor in the area... a competitor who sent a 'technician' out to quickly pronounce my furnace unrepairable ("manufacturer went out of biz five years ago, sorry they don't make these parts anymore"), and then quoted me a five figure replacement as my only recourse due to a single failed component. They overcharged me, failed to conduct a repair, failed to identify a replacement part -- and left me without heat in January! So I call around for a second opinion. We had a fantastic experience. Our kitchen sink stopped draining. Called around and couldn't find anyone until to come out until the next week. Called Pike and they were able to get someone out the same day. Ben did great work and answered a few of my questions. Couldn't be more grateful!

This business is so solid! They give expert advice and educate their customers. Josh came day of, had great communication, not only fixed the problem but talked about future expectations. This company has been my go to plumbing for personal and business needs. Highly recommend! Very professional.
