Pilar’s cleaning service started off strong, but the professionalism fell apart quickly. After agreeing to monthly service in November, we completed three visits, each one worse from a communication and reliability standpoint. Scheduling became a constant headache with times changing repeatedly, usually to suit her availability, not the customer’s. Pricing also changed without warning — she added an extra $20 after the latest service for the exact same work as the previous month, then tried to switch us to bi-weekly despite a clear monthly agreement. The cleaning quality from her team is excellent, which makes the experience even more frustrating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The customer service is awful. I have used there services multiple times and every time the cleaners are late. Today I had an appointment at 11am and they didn't arrive until 12:30. Also, I've always paid $90 for my 1br and when I made the payment I received a text that the price changed. It is responsibility of the company to inform the client if there has been a change in price. Also, the audacity to text me about $10 when you screwed up my appointment time because you texted the wrong staff number. I thought I was getting a bargain but this isn't worth it. The owner basically cancelled me as a customer due to her mistakes. Completely unprofessional!!!

I use this service twice a month to do the general cleaning in my house and love them. They are always on time, very professional and work around my busy work schedule. I highly recommend them.
