She met with us at the suppliers locations and helped us make an informed decision with the stone we chose - there were many to chose from and she helped to narrow it down to what we wanted. Pilier was responsive to my request for an estimate and offered a reasonable price for work to be done. When the stone we selected was discovered to have a certain area of defect Luis contacted us to see if we were ok with it and aware. We were not and arrangements were made by purchasing another stone elsewhere and it was then brought to Pilier for fabrication. There was good follow up communication during the process and care was taken to make sure the work was done exactly as we predetermined. Overall, I found Pilier to be honest and to offer excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have Granite fabricated and installed on site.
