Pillar To Post Home Inspectors - Mark Sommer

We have used Mark Sommer for our last two homes in Apex - both for the purchase inspection as well as an 11 month inspection. Mark does an incredible job - he's very thorough and identifies many things we wouldn't even think of checking. In both cases, he took the time to walk us through his findings and answered all our questions. His reports are awesome and include detailed pictures of each finding, including arrows pointing to the exact location. The pictures were great for our builder walkthrough as we were able to easily point out the issues. Mike is a really nice guy who does a great job. We highly recommend him!

Mr. Sommer was thorough, documented problems with photographs, characterized faults according to their severity, and helped us quickly assess the work required to upgrade several potential home purchases.
