We highly recommend Pinnacle. They provided me very good work, at a fair price, and they got it done when the said they would. I can't say that about many of the previous contractors I've used. Matt is very easy to work with and makes sure he understands what you want and need up front. Great work and great customer service...not much more I could ask for in a contractor. Highly recommend!

Pinnacle was suggested by the Property Management company after the renter trashed the house. They did an average job of cleaning ( very good carpet cleaning and trash removal) it up and preparing for our move back into the house. However, I found them to be expensive and over priced. For example, the wood floors were scratched and I was told an estimate to have them redone would be 5.5K. The house needed interior painting too and was quoted 7.5k. After a $400 cleaning fee we found the house to be still very dirty and decided to contract elsewhere. We got two quotes on the floors one at a fifth the price and one at less than half the price quoted by Pinnacle. The same with painting as both quotes came in at less than a third of the price. My suggestion is to do a competitive price
