Great spot for pool supplies and they also offer repair services. I've used them for filter repairs when I was outta town, my bride had to handle it they did a great job. Picked up a set of steps in Stainless Steel for my ladder. Knowledgeable staff! We Love Our Pool!

Moved to the area a year ago, and was pleasantly surprised to have a location nearby. Jill and Brad have been awesome with their recommendations and vast pool knowledge. I’ve interacted with a number of their employees and all have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

It has been a year since we first became customers of this lovely store. As new pool owners, Brad and Jill (and all of their lovely employees) have gone above and beyond over the past year helping us to solve whatever pool problems we have - from taking the time to teach us how to clear up green water, to helping us understand the functions of different chemicals, to helping guide us in the right direction when our 20 year old pool pump needed to be replaced. There have been a handful of times over the past year where I have called the store in a panic due to something happening with the pool - they have always been able to calmly educate and walk us through the concern at hand. I have been a Pinch a Penny customer for over 30 years. When the Pace store was opened I was excited to have a store closer to home. That was until my recent visit. There was one employee working when I walked in and she was working with a customer. I gathered my supplies while I waited for my water test turn. An employee came from the back and helped me. According to my results, her name is Jill. I was done and waited by the register with my items to check out. Jill, then assisted the person behind me with his water sample. Jill then gathered his items and checked him out, as I continued to stand waiting in line. She asked him if he needed anything further, yet when it was my turn she took my water result paperwork, scanned and checked me out. It was as if I didn’t exist.

I’ve been having problems with my above-ground pool which I installed myself, and l’ve been troubleshooting with Reddit, YouTube, etc. I was hesitant to go to a pool store or call a pool tech because I was sure they’d say I needed to replace equipment and/or would charge me huge fees for their services or sell me products I didn’t need. I finally got desperate and visited the Pinch a Penny store in Pace, FL. A tech named Scott reviewed my pictures and videos and talked me through several troubleshooting steps I hadn’t tried yet. A few days later I was still having problems, and I took my whole pool pump into the store expecting Scott to tell me it was shot and needed to be replaced. Instead, he improvised a replacement gasket and applied silicone along a suspected air leak. I brought the p
