I went to the Store this morning, walked in the door @ 8:55AM, lights on, many employees replenishing the shelves. I was told I had to come back at 9AM when they were open, not by one but by two employees. Not a big customer but have been a customer for many years. I manage my own pool but they have replaced several pumps, one heater and all chemicals required to maintain my pools. I truly want to support small business but Amazon delivers the same items to my door for less. I won't be going back.

No one knows what the other person is doing. Called to have someone come out and discuss equipment needs with me. No one showed up to meet me and then came home from work and found my equipment removed and new equipment installed. We reached an agreement and the rest of the equipment was installed. I then called to set up an appointment for someone to come out and set up the app and was told they would be there on Monday, 12.18 at 8:00 am. Its now Thursday and I haven't heard from anyone. Hired someone else to finish work that I paid Pinch a Penny to complete. When they looked at the installed pool equipment, they called the installation shoddy and said that the new equipment wasn't bonded as it should be. Therefore, leaving it a hazard. I should have learned when we set up an appointment

They tell you that your 10th purchase of liquid chlorine will be free. But if you buy one 5 gallon container monthly and start buying in April it resets Jan 1st. They told me to call customer service which I did but they send you to their website to file complaints only to learn there is nowhere on the website to file a complaint. I will go to Leslie Pool Supply from this point forward. Also their pool chemical testing is very inacurate...

We had pinch a penny of Venice, FL clean stains out of the bottom of our pool and they did a great job. Showed up when they were supposed to and the pool looks new again. Luis was awesome to work with. Thank you
