Pine Tree Oil

I am not entirely sure what's going on with the business but I tried to order online, got no response after 3 days. I sent another message via their website but got nothing. Then called 3 times today and every call went straight to voicemail. I totally get folks get busy but some sort of response is needed to at least acknowledge the ask. Had to cancel my order via the websites messaging system.

Faith in humanity restored!!! We realized our tank was almost empty and the place where we used to get our oil doesn't deliver here anymore. RH Foster couldn't get here till Monday, and was gonna charge $100 extra to deliver on an off day--$300 if they had to restart it. I called Pine Tree Oil and Ken at was here in TEN MINUTES!!! They have a customer for life now, and I'm going to tell everyone I know that they are the BEST!!! We are still sitting here in utter amazement that it happened so fast!!!

He had the best price but was promised delivery two days in a row, and now on day 3 and still no delivery, now my oil tank is just about empty so i had to go elsewhere and pay an emergency fee to get some delivered and got it within 2 hours, if you can't deliver it when you say you will just tell people that, you don't have to lie

I don't understand the negative reviews. If you go online and request oil , they usually show up within a week. Oil is a commodity and they are consistently the lowest price in the area.

Have had great customer service and no issues with deliveries at all.
