I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable pool owner, but Ryan from Pineapple Pool Services truly impressed me today. He was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable — you can tell he really loves what he does. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s refreshing to see someone so customer-focused and passionate about their work. Highly recommend Pineapple Pool Services.

Pineapple pools have been an amazing pool service. In addition to excellent pool cleaning, I’ve had repair issues for my pool equipment. They’ve been able to fix those issues with amazing expertise.

We’ve had our pool for 18+ years, having a number of pool service companies over those years. We have had PATES POOL SERVICE for almost a year now and are extremely happy with them. They’re very reliable (actually show up every week), notify me when they’re on their way, and provide photo’s of pool & closed gates (to ensure dogs can’t escape) after service. Christian is a pleasure to deal with, and it’s apparent customer service and satisfaction is a top priority with him. He’s very responsive to calls, questions, and solutions. Our pool is more pristine than it’s ever been. They’ve also performed a number of additional services (conversion to salt system), and repairs. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend PATES POOL SERVICE.

Christian and his crew at Pineapple Pool Service have been incredible to work with. They NEVER miss a scheduled week and have been very responsive to my calls/texts whenever I have had any questions, concerns, or issues. Christian has even walked me through a couple of troubleshooting phone calls in the evening or on a weekend. My pool has remained in working order and they have stayed on top of the extra maintenance required throughout the year to keep it clear and running beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Pineapple Pool Service for their quality, knowledge, and great customer service!!

Ryan came by our house to explain pineapple pool services. He was very professional and knowledgeable about pools and chemicals. Diagnosed why my family might have had some skin irritation after using the pool this past summer.
