Doni is a terrific businessman. As soon as he arrived to my house he greeted me with a smile and a great attitude. The work he did was fantastic and for a great price. I had 1 couch and 2 recliners cleaned and they look brand new after having quite a few years of wear on them. I would highly recommend Pinnacle Carpet Care to anyone in the area that is looking to have their carpets or furniture cleaned. They are professional, courteous and do excellent work. I did not feel like I was being ripped off and I felt like my business mattered to him. Pinnacle's line of communication is great too. They respond promptly and in a friendly manner. They arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. 10/10 would recommend their business!

He explained the process, educated me, and showed me how to care for my area rugs. He is personable and did a fantastic job. The rugs look like new again, saving me money! This local business owner did a great job. His price was almost $100 less than Stanley cleaners (who were not very nice on the phone). He was very very nice and we chatted as he did the carpets. We had some really bad puppy stains from over a year ( know!) and they all came out really well. They carpets look great and it was a great price and nice to know you are helping a local person. Highly recommend!
