Pinnacle Floors & Remodeling

We were so thrilled to see the beautiful new wood flooring installed, and appreciated the moulding being replaced wherever it was found to have damage or mold!! The new marble flooring is gorgeous, along with new countertops that were installed perfectly. Our outdoor new patio and covering are done to perfection, as well as leveling of part of our backyard, which was hard to get to, but was done beautifully with hard working crew! Walls removed, doors installed, plumbing restructures just as we asked, and looks great! Our older home looks totally upgraded all due to the hard work of Pinnacle, and we can’t be more happy with our “new “ home. They listened, gave suggestions, and delivered! So happy we went with their company, thank you!

Jason and Dorothy have basically remodeled my entire house and I could not be happier. Everything from electrical to plumbing to flooring. They also came to my rescue when a tornado came through my neighborhood and i had a tree fall on my house. i had a contractor I paid that never called or showed up and Pinnacle Flooring stepped up and drove 3 hours to help me. Dorothy also worked with my insurance company to get me more money for repairs that were needed. All their work has held up and I am back to normal life because of their help. Highly recommend!

Dorothy and Jason are awesome! They do great work and helped us when another contractor took our money and did not complete any work. Since then, we have had them help us with several projects and they have been fantastic!

SCAM!Watch out for the hidden fees( 5,000 dollar charge for each project) and dishonesty ( they outsource most of their work beside inside which the husband does. The Westbrooks will make you feel like family but Dorothy the co owner will add charges not seen once she earns your trust. I had them price a contract for $74,000 another company was able to for $55,000 their cost has included stuff that comes when you go to fix one thing and another comes up( so it wouldve been so much more if I would've stayed with them. Was told by one of the contractors she over orders and doesn't correct so where does the money or product go? I'll let you figure that out. Going to small claims court because Mrs Westbrook feels her time calling someone to cut a tree is worth $6,700 when the tree cut itself w
