Had a great experience with Craig when he first came out to diagnose a washing machine and presented our options clearly. Next time when the sump pump stopped working, I knew who to call right away. Wonderful service, quick and clear communication and did a great job with the install. Can’t recommend enough!

I had a great experience with Pinnacle Handyman Services. Craig initially serviced our refrigerator, and when a different issue came up later (through no fault of his own), he came back out and fixed it at no charge. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find. Craig was professional, knowledgeable, and reliable throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend him and will definitely use Pinnacle Handyman Services again in the future!

Craig way to long to respond to email/text. We scheduled a time to come out, he was late to our scheduled appointment. He was here about an hour, and told me my range was being recalled and I may be get a new one for free. This was far from accurate, no recall on my unit. I paid him cash for him coming out, never provided a receipt after texting him asking to please send it. He then sends parts that he said are out of stock, that I was able to find on another website in stock. Overall we felt he was unprofessional and not worth the time we wasted with him. Would not reccomend!!

Had my washing machine repaired. Craig is very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, ordered the parts, and came back to make the repair all in a timely manner. I will definitely use Pinnacle Handyman Services in the future!
