Very pleased with workmanship the crew done with our windows. Took the time to remove their shoes each time one entered the house. The windows look more amazing than I imagined. I was a little concerned at first because the weather called for rain and I was not sure if it could be done on the date scheduled. It rained a little and that didn't deter the crews from completing the task. We got three estimates before choosing these guys and we are very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone needing windows.

Very disappointed in their "lifetime warranty" they are terrible about communication and followup for their broken products that domt hold up. We will never use a company like them again. They were in a rush to offer a discount and collect money upfront but spent months before replacing a screen and have stopped responding abiut replacing half the broken parts of my windows. Flimsy pieces that broke so I cant hold my windows open. These are broken on most windows and both sides!

Great job on installing windows, took the amount of time as discussed, the guys that did the install were really professional, polite and cleaned up everything after, didn’t take them long.

Super nice people, had one window off from other window, still waiting for it to be took care of, the lock didn’t line up. Haven’t got my bill yet, or how to pay for installation, and windows. I’m sure they will send one eventually, right? The guys that installed windows were just awesome, kinda skinny, they need someone to feed them. I know they work too hard, and need more breaks.

Pinnacle is a great company to use for your home remodeling. We had 13 windows replaced with new windows. The crew was on time, did a great job pulling the old windows and installing the new. Cleaned up when finished. Great job overall.
