The estimator performed a thorough evaluation, provided a firm quote, and clearly explained what work was needed—and, just as importantly, what was not needed. I appreciated the honesty and lack of upselling. After accepting the quote, the treatment was scheduled. Unfortunately, on the original service day there was a torrential downpour, so the work had to be rescheduled. Pinnacle handled this proactively, reaching out to suggest the next suitable dry day based on the weather forecast. Cleaned the roof and gutters. Sprayed roof to kill any moss buildup.They missed first appointment due to tech being sick and showed up late for the make up appointment. The work was good except for debris that came off the roof was left for us to clean up.

Pinnacle Home Services is a wonderful company. They provided a drone review of the condition of my Victorian house roof. Then I signed an agreement to have them clean my roof and gutters. Their representative also advised they offer a chemical moss aversion product that should last on my roof 3-5 years, since my roof only gets a little moss on one side and is not heavily surrounded by trees. I agreed to the chemical application after they did a very thorough gutter and roof cleaning and also removed a broken weathervane from the roof. The crew who applied the treatment sprayed the surrounding plants to prevent any chemical intrusion. They also cleaned the windows in the area where the spray was initiated. Their prices are very reasonable and they get my highest recommendation.
