Pinnacle Lock and Safe

Was referred to Pinnacle by Home Depot when they could not duplicate a key that I needed for my new business in Scottsdale. I am so happy they sent me. Bill was professional, funny, and kind. Keys worked perfectly. I am so happy I went there. Great place... Oh, and they have a wonderful dog in the shop too!!!

Knowledgeable. Professional. Locally owned. The scheduler who answered the phone was courteous and promptly scheduled Chris the owner to come out to my place of business. Chris diagnosed the problem and fixed my lock. He explained what had gone wrong and how he fixed it. I appreciated how he took the time to do that with me. Give this a company a phone call when you need assistance with your lock. They serve the Scottsdale and metro Phoenix area.

I went into the store looking for a copying of my motorcycle key, the gentleman that was there was wonderful! Handed him my key and made the copy in a jiffy! He also had his dog in there which made it that much better! Definitely going back again.

I was having trouble with a couple locks on my fifth wheel camper. I took in locks and all the guys over at pinnacle lock and safe were able to help me out. They were super reasonably priced. It was better than having to change out all of the locks on my fifth wheel. They also have some awesome high-end locks if you need that. They’re probably the best key cutters in the Phoenix area. Definitely would recommend going there with any of your lock or key problems. Thank you so much for the help.
