They replaced our shingle roof 5.5 yrs ago and it started developing leaks. Upon inspection, there were numerous issues that were from poor installation practices. Reused flashing, no plastic cement in areas that should have been, etc. These are just a few of the pictures… I called to have them come out and look at the areas identified. Was told it was past the 5 yr warranty and they’d get me on the schedule. A month later and have not heard from them. Already had another reputable company come and fix their shoddy work. Would not allow them back on my roof!

Pinnacle was able to help me replace shingles after a large tree limb had fallen on my roof. Diana was fantastic with timely coordination and the team was efficient. This may be a small project, but they still prioritized it to take care of our home. Thank you Pinnacle team!

Martin Sifuentes was our estimator and contact guy. He was always helpful and courteous. He responded to my calls and texts right away. The roofers got the job done quickly, smoothly, and professionally. We have no complaints and would recommend to anyone. We got the best price and a great looking roof too!

After Hurricane Harvey, so many homes was in need of replacement, which I quickly discovered, increased the cost of replacement. Pinnacle was the only company that was within my insurance claim amount. Although IIhad to wait 3 months for them to get to my home, they did a fantastic job and completed the job in 2 days from starting. After the last horrendous down pour in July, there was a leak so, I called Pinnacle to request help. They sent out Michael in a couple days who fixed the problem. Thank you! I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

ZERO stars for City council member Ben Molina’s company… Disappointed in a whole roofing job they did for a retired person I know. She has had issue after issue with little to no help, response or accountability from Pinnacle Roofing. So many areas of damage and poor workmanship when it should have been done right the first time. Even now, knowing it wasn’t done correctly, they won’t fix it. She now has to figure out a way to have a complete re-roof…. Second one in 5 years. Disgraceful.
