Pinnacle Stone Design

Pinnacle did a great job on my window sills project that nobody else would take on, and for a very reasonable price. They were quick and professional, and turned around a total of 11 individual quartz cut pieces in a couple of weeks. My only complaint (and reason for 4/5 stars) is that communication was poor. Several of my texts and calls went unanswered. But otherwise I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them to work with on your next remodel project.

Jim and his crew were very professional, timely, detailed and all around AMAZING to work with! They will bend over backwards to make sure things are the the way the should be. I had a bit of an issue with a small piece and they made a special trip back out to Roosevelt Utah 2 days later to fix it. WOW… not too many people would do that. Quality control is of major importance to Pinnacle Stone Design and it totally shows in their work. I would highly recommend them.

Although it took some time to receive my quote (i.e. a few of months), since the company didn't have much time to fit my project in early in the year, I was very satisfied with the price (good value) and the installation of my kitchen counter and bathroom vanity countertop (see photos). What was even more convenient was being able to pay through Venmo (which was easy to set-up). Despite the wait, it was well worth it. I only knocked off the 1 star because of the wait but I guess anyone good at their job is going to be busy anyway. Some early communication on not being able to fit me in until now would have probably helped but then again the remodeling domain is ridiculously busy right now and everyone has been stretched thin. I did not have a great experience with Pinnacle, unfortunately. I had a small issue with the marble edge that was installed. They sent out a newer employee to fix it. He started trying to fix something else on his own accord and ruined the marble slab then tried to fix it (He was the only person involved who really seemed to care about us) and in trying to fix it, it just got worse. Pinnacle covered the bill for marble life ($600) to fix it the best they could, but the finish has never been the same as the factory finish. When the Pinnacle guys frantically tried to fix the marble slab, they got splatters of mud from the marble and water all over my brand new sofa!! We still cannot get it out. Aside from this issue, they didn't communicate clearly with our cabinet guys that the granite slab
