The company did a great job start to finish! From the design work to completing the pool and tile, everything was done professionally and 1st class. Stephen V, our construction manager, did a great job keeping everything on schedule and keeping us informed during the process. We couldn't be happier with the results! I had them put in a pool a year ago. Now I am having issues. Even though I did not sign off on the pool until late June they state that it is no longer under warranty because the city singed off on it in may. When I first started I went through 3 sale people and 2 contractors. They are just out for your money, they do not stand behind there work. If you do want them to come out the want 275.00 just to show up. If you do manage to get someone out they don’t fix anything they just say that the way we build them.

I am a General Contractor, Barnes Construction Group, Inc. and build high end homes in Naples and Pelican Bay. We had a small issue with a pool shell on a pool that was built several years ago. I called PInnacle only for advice and after they inspected the issue, even though the warranty had expired long ago, told me they were going to do the fix. Other than the fact they do a great job in the beginning, they stand behind their work above and beyond the call.... These are the kind of people i want to always be associated with and plan to always use them to build my pools.

We live in Ft Myers closed on our house in March and Pinnacle started the process of installing our pool in April. Early August we have our beautiful pool with extended deck and couldn’t be happier. We are enjoying our new pool and our neighbors all love it. We even referred a couple to Pinnacle. We worked with Mallory from beginning to end and she was a pleasure. Always responsive and answered all our questions. If your looking to have a pool installed call pinnacle and ask for Mallory!!

We bought our house in April of 2024 from Lennar, in Ft. Myers, Florida. It came with a pool built by Pinnacle Pools, out of Naples Florida. We have had nothing but problems with this pool since it was installed. It now has a leak. I have been putting quite a bit of water in it daily, which is an expense and daily frustration that I now have to deal with, as they will not come to do the warranty work. We have had several appointments, but they never show up. No call to reschedule, they just don't show up! I have called numerous times, but they just put it in voicemail and no one calls back. This has now been going on for a month! I would highly recommend you do not do any business with Pinnacle Pools. They have given me nothing but headaches.
