Pinnell's Carpet One Floor & Home

Using Pinnell Carpet and floors was the best choice I could have made. My floor is beautiful and the instillation was easy The technicians were perfect. What really sealed the deal for me was working with the sales person Rick. I was unsure of what direction to go renovating my 1987 home. I wanted to keep some of the existing floors and did not know how to blend it all together. Rick was such a big help and got behind me and was extremely helpful. He seemed to care as much as I did about my home. His level of care and follow up was appreciated! I highly recommend Pinnell Carpet and Rick !

I love the new carpet installed today in my little cabin by Pinnell's Carpet One Floor & Home in Sonora CA! I picked out the Paddock Place Tonal "Rumcake" selection and I couldn't be more satisfied , it is so cushy and soft! Their installers did such a beautiful job and were very nice to work with as well. We will be back and also will recommend to my friends & business clients!

Everything we ever hoped for and then some. The installers were courteous, thoughtful, precise and expert in the installation. Even the Dog prefers the floor to her bed.

I own McCandless Painting in Sonora/Groveland and we’ve turned to Pinnell’s many times for our and our customer’s carpeting needs. This has ranged from full replacements to small repairs. Most recently and why I felt compelled to write a review, we called Pinnell’s needing tack strip installed around a new cabinet we installed, and the carpet stretched back into place to the new strip. They were able to use a local contact to get us taken care of the SAME DAY! Nothing short of exceptional. Not sure they can always get to it that fast, but even once in a blue moon will keep us coming back. Great service, reasonable prices. Thanks Pinnell’s!

Louis & Mike arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently to install the new vinyl in our bathrooms. They communicated well, were very nice, and did a great job of clean up when they were done. The vinyl was installed well and looks great. Matt was our sales person for both the carpets and the vinyl in the bathrooms. He was patient, knowledgeable and very willing to work around our crazy schedule. I'd recommend Pinnell's to anyone.
