Outstanding service from start to finish. Jamie McCall came out late at night in early October and replaced our transformer without hesitation. In mid-November, when our unit needed a new motor and the part couldn’t be obtained until the following Monday, the company provided us with a portable A/C unit so my family of six could get through the weekend comfortably. On Monday, Jamie returned and fixed everything perfectly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took real pride in his work. This company truly goes above and beyond to take care of its customers. Jamie McCall is a true professional, and we’re extremely grateful for him and the excellent service we received. Highly recommend.

I am a new customer to Pino's Air Conditioning, and after dealing with such poor service from other companies in the past, I am so thankful I found them! Oscar came out to our home and he was absolutely amazing—caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He performed every task perfectly and inspected everything thoroughly, just as expected. Not sure if my other review went through so I'm doing another. I want to give a shout out to Oscar. He was amazing and very knowledgeable he helped us to understand our unit better and instead of coming out another time he did it right then and there and he was SUPER nice! I would highly recommend pinot's air conditioning and Dale's air conditioning since they're together now. Thank you so much for coming out and helping us when we needed it the most!

We have been with Pino's A/C for many years now. When ownership changed we were Leary that the service would change also and should we go with another company. We decided to stick with them and try a service. We have always had the a/c serviced twice a year. Oscar the tech serviced the a/c and we were convinced that we would not change and stayed with them. We had our air serviced today and he did an excellent job as usual. We always ask for OSCAR. We Like sticking with the same tech. Kind of like a doctor, they get to know your system. Oscar, Technician from Pino's Air Conditioning & Heating, came to my house on 12/26/25 and performed a Great, Quality Service on my HVAC & A/C Systems. Oscar cleaned the metal filters and checked to make sure my Cooper & Hunter Mini Split was in Great running condition. Oscar checked & cleaned the drain line in my main York air conditioning unit. Oscar informed me that both of my HVAC & A/C Systems was working Great. I would definitely recommend Pino's Air Conditioning & Heating.
