I bought an item from their online store and picked it up in person. They had lots of parking and their location was easy to find. Their estimated pick up time was accurate, and the items was in good shape when I picked it up. The staff were helpful and told me where the pickup counter was right away. They brought out my item quickly. The item was as described online and I really appreciate them having it available. I will definitely buy from them again and use their online store for items that are not always stocked in store.
It's awesome inside the store but if you ever have to go to the lumber yard they kind of give you attitude. They are slow to help you and give you a hard time but about not pushing the buzzer even when you make eye contact with a worker and it's obvious you're there for a lumber pickup.
8/19/25 A friend of mine needed to buy some aluminum tape the other day and asked if I could come with her. We asked the staff there where we could find it, and immediately three employees were helping us to look for it! We eventually found it thanks to their combined efforts! For such a small thing, they really made sure to take care of us. Much Mahalo to the helpful & hard workers at Pioneer Ace Hardware in Wahiawa!!! You guys are awesome! BTW. There are cute toys for your doggie pal too!!!💖
Usually a great place but this wahiawa branch has the worst customer service. I needed help and when I ask the girl in that department about a price she said I don't know and guessed (wrong).then I looked for help and some other women were just standing around laughing at things they were talking about. Another woman said she would go get help but 5 minutes later no one showed up..finally the girl from the cash register went and got the number and checked the price...I won't be going back.
10000/10 service!! I was in and out in less than 15mins. The staff was super helpful, found everything i needed super fast. I was struggling to even speak english and beautiful Kira was extremely patient, kind, and helpful. ❤️
