Cinthia greeted us at the door with her smile and Wrigley-her dog. We felt welcome as we entered. Jose V. helped us with our situation and suggested some carpet for our dog's igloos. Austin cut the rug to fit our 3 igloos. He did a wonderful job. All the staff were extremely polite and very knowledgeable. The price for the remnant piece of rug about 4x12 was VERY reasonable. We highly recommend this great store. We will be back, and we'll tell all our friends.

Pioneer One Carpet was a fun place to purchase carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a great knowledge of what they sell. They did what they promised to do in the time frame they promised. The two installers who installed our carpet were amazing. They did an amazing job installing and cleaning up the mess left after installation. They explained everything before they did it. Pioneer One Carpet is just the place to go for flooring and more. I went in trying to find flooring for a home my son was buying. They were long distance and I was the shopper. Tara was so helpful as we made decisions and then changed the decisions again and again. Trying to find the right flooring. Alden was so helpful with answering questions that my husband had about installing the LVP too. We felt like they had our backs through the whole process. The flooring turned out just great and everyone is really happy with it. If you want some real customer service, great prices and wonderful flooring, use Pioneer One.

I bought a backsplash from here. They have a variety of beautiful options. I had been looking for something that would calm the granite in my bathroom for a while and was so excited to find something unique and beautiful The owner and staff are very knowledgeable. The owner walked me through how to diy this backsplash the best way. I haven’t had time to actually complete the project yet but wanted to write a review while it was fresh in my mind. Jan. 2025- used this company again for carpet. It turned out gorgeous! Installers were very knowledgeable and pleasant to have in my home. *see pictures below for before and after
