Their punctuality was impressive, but what truly stood out was their preparedness. Not only did they arrive promptly, but they also had all the necessary parts on their truck, eliminating any delays. This morning Carlos and his helper came to install my new garage door. They showed during the time window I was given.They were both very kind and friendly. They completed the job in 2 hrs. Was amazed by how fast they worked. Carlos was very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. Thank you both for your hard work today. I also had a great experience with this company as a whole from start to finish. The office staff was very nice and upfront about informing me of a delay and made it easy to speed the process by offering a different solution which got my order back on track. I would recommend them for all your garage door needs they do an exceptional job.

I went to Pioneer Door Inc for help for a house I just bought that had a sticker on the garage door of this company. I assume the previous owners used them. When I called, a "dispatcher" told me that Pioneer Door Inc's owner has retired and sold off the his business to a larger business. I figured I would give it a shot. We had an appointment today between 11-3pm on 10/28/2025. No one ever came or called to let us know they were not coming. I may change the review if they are able to rectify this issue. Again, be aware the Pioneer Door Inc is no more.
