Hands down the best service in the area. My experience was very professional and concise. The owner personally came out to my house to assess storm damage and was very clear on repairs need to make my house safe. I would recommend 100%. Thank you Pioneer electric for your amazing services!

Pioneer Electric is run by the friendliest and most competent guy around! Troy is very meticulous, he knows his trade very well and it shows in the quality of his work. Pioneer was amazing to work with!! They accommodated me super quickly when it came to scheduling, and on the day of the appointment the guys were exactly on time and were super easy to work with. After getting going on my light fixture I decided that I wanted to actually move the entire fixture up 2 feet on my ceiling and the guys were insanely accommodating to my admittedly annoying request haha. Really awesome & professional business and can't wait to work with them again!! Super highly recommend!

I've spent $1100 dollars with Pioneer Electric. Everytime they come and "fix" it. It fails to work for me. Tracy told me it's my problem, they will not stand behind their work. They must get paid to repair my generator and it its not fixed its not their fault. Then she rudely hung up on me. Update 7/1/23, lost power this morning, luckily I had Pine Mountain Lake Electric fix what Pioneer was unable to do. And that's a wrap on this terrible company and Tracy too. And she was in the hotel business. Wow

This place is a rip off . Shiela I don’t remember her name so upset well she quoted me 147.50 hr two guys show up early and my appointment at 2:00 they left at 2;44 I have the time on my phone. They checked my sockets and switches and scratched their heads and I told them where it might be the problem ti was a GFCI or something he pushed the button and my lights worked. I got the bill and to my surprise the bill was 393.77 she told me because two guys showed up so each 147.50 . I was never told this if I would have known I had to pay that much I would have the option to not use them, they take advantage of seniors , not cool … don’t use they they are not up front .they don’t deserve one star
