While I initially enjoyed doing work with them, two years after I had my fence installed The gate has shifted and will no longer stay shut. I have called Pioneer no less than five times pleading with them to come and fix my fence so that I can have a secure backyard for my dogs to play in. Every time they tell me they’re going to put me on the books and have someone call me to come out yet they never call and they never come out. I would not do business with them again if I knew their follow up was this poor, please do your research before you give a fencing company any money and make sure that they are ready to assist you on the maintenance of the fence after the install.

Used Pioneer after getting quotes from three other companies. Signed the original proposal and asked for a date to coordinate with my neighbors. Three days later we get a call at 8:30 am saying they can come at 10. We quickly asked the neighbor if that would be ok and work on tear down was scheduled for an hour and a half later. Before the crew showed up Sam called us to say he had miss quoted and the fence was $800 more but if we didn’t want to move forward he could refund the deposit. We decided to press forward but reiterated to Sam that we needed the section between the adjacent yard completed that day and were assured it would be done. At 2:00 pm I noticed the truck for the construction crew had left and no vertical pickets had been installed, I imagined they had just left for lunch.

Walked in and was immediately choked out by cigarette smoke The office is filthy and in complete by disarray. They gave me an initial rough quote of $500 for installation of a two piece gate, totaling eight feet in length. Set up an appointment for them to come onsite and finalize the quote after the weekend. Called me on Monday morning and said he has my quote finalized (but had not been to the job site). Quoted me $1250. Do not do business with this bunch. Very unprofessional and trying to run up the price are not good business practices.

So far so good! The pricing is excellent and reasonable! We are waiting to have the fence installed, but he told us that upfront, that they were about 2 months out. Communication has been excellent, I believe his name is Robert. Great service!
