I needed some work done on my garage door bottom seal. I called 3 different overhead door service providers and not only did PIONEER GARAGE DOOR SERVICE answer the phone, they said they could come out for a free consultation and estimate the day I called! After they arrived and completed the consultation and estimate, they were able to get the part needed and come back and install it right away! I was impressed! Steve and Austin, the brothers who run Pioneer Door, are great. They were prompt. Our initial consultation was thorough, including material samples to see. Pricing was reasonable, and they worked to get us the best price they could. Installation was fast, and they even did the little details (like filling old holes in the garage walls after removal of the old doors). I could tell they took pride in their work and have a level of integrity. I really believe them when they say they are available whenever needed if there is a problem in the future.
