HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIONEER PLUMBING! Our boiler suddenly stopped working and we were left without heat or hot water. A different boiler company tried to fix the boiler and instead made it worse. We called PIONEER PLUMBING, and RJ came over right away. RJ began troubleshooting and although the boiler was old, RJ recognized that in order to fix it he had to special order a part. Shortly after the part arrived, RJ came back and installed the part and was able to get our boiler up and running again! He didn’t give up on us! RJ is extremely thorough and gives honest prices. One of the most disappointing contractors I have ever done business with. contractor did a small job for me Installing trap and then I asked him for a quote to install a predesigned heating system. Contractor changed Design claiming boiler had been undersized and quoted for new design. After I told him I was not going with his design he chose to charge me full retention fee that I had deposited on a one hour job because he claimed he had spent time on new design and wanted to be paid for that time. I did not use his design and found another contractor that had no issue using the pre-engineered design realizing my home had foam insulation and insulated concrete forms, I do not recommend anyone give deposit to this contractor without clear objectives and expectations

Top notch personalized service from RJ and his team. They are quick to respond and do high quality work. Pioneer has done all of our plumbing and heating work from an updated heating system to a new well pump and pressure tank to helping with the installation of our own 1000gal propane take. These guys are the best.
