We contacted Pioneer Roofing Co. to help us complete a shed roof that we had started. Knowing ours was a small job that we needed done quickly before the snowstorm. And we had a limited budget to work with. We honestly didn’t think a roofing company would be interested in helping us out. Pioneer was not our first call. But they were the first to say they could and would do the job. Alana came out 2 days later and got the job done in just a few hours. And they were willing to work with our budget. Top-notch service from Mason and Company! We needed a roof replaced quickly and reasonably. Mason came out same day and walked the roof explaining what he could see in reviewing inspection data. He wrote up a quote quickly and was able to work with both sides of our transaction to ensure our needs were Exceeded! Highly recommend this company for any of your residential roof needs.

Crew showed up as promised. Job included tear off and new installation; took 2 days. At the end of the install, my yard was clean - NO nails in grass or flower beds. Great crew!!!!! Had them come back to reroof an old cinder block shop my grandfather built 50 years ago with a metal roof. Nothing was square! They did a great job and it looks terrific and I LOVE my shop 😁

Had a leak through our TPO roof where the membrane was worn down. Mason was very communicative over the phone, found a time to come out right away and was able to fix it onsite, on the first visit. All the other companies I talked to had complicated bid processes that were going to take multiple visits. The whole process was extremely quick and easy. Also, want to add that Mason gave me a 30 min window for arriving vs 4 hours like a lot of other companies do. Additionally, he took a look around our shingle roof and fixed up a few little things that could've become a problem down the line for free. Ultimately, highly recommend.
