I can’t say enough great things about this company! I called at 8 am and a nice woman answered. She had someone out to my house to service my heater in 5 mins! This was extremely helpful as my house was freezing and I have a newborn and a toddler. Turned out all that was needed was a part and 1 hour later the heat was back on and the issue was fixed! Extremely professional and highly recommended this company!

Very satisfied with our service call today. The front office kept us informed about our appointment, very courteous. Our service tech Angelo was great. He also was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable about our geothermal system and humidifier. There is always peace of mind following a service call with a good report. Pioneer came highly recommended by my brother and he didn't steer us wrong.

I have used Pioneer many times. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are amazing! They are all friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. No matter when I have called- whether it was the middle of winter and the heater went or when the AC went out during our recent heat wave they are always timely and efficient. This last time, I called tor AC service when it was 97 degrees outside and they were at the house within a couple of hours! I am so grateful they got us in during what was probably an incredibly busy week. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. Cost was fair and reasonable. It’s obvious they care about their customers and go out of their way to ensure a quality product. You will never go wrong giving Pioneer a call!

My AC quit working and it was 90+ degrees out. The team at Pioneer responded very quickly and were at my house that same day. Diagnosis to next day part arrival and installation - A+. Quality work, competitive pricing, and excellent customer service. Hard to find these things in today's world.

Pioneer installed our heating and air conditioning system when we built our home in 1997. They have been our "go to" hvhc technicians ever since. The entire team, starting with Colleen in the front office, the technicians, and Rick the owner are all professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and communicate well throughout the service experience. We schedule our annual heating and annual air conditioning preventative/routine maintenance services with Colleen. She is courteous and professional, and works to link up our schedules with Rick's availability.
