We met Shane while he was responding to the broken pipes in our building for the HOA, and thank goodness! Not only did he go above and beyond for our condo building he went above and beyond for us and our unit. We were in the middle of a nightmare renovation and he stepped in seamlessly to help us out. We then had him replace our old water heater and he again exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to replace our pipes that would eventually cause problems. He was professional, reliable, and very fair with his pricing! We can’t thank him enough!!!

Shane arrived promptly and stayed as long as it took to ensure the job was completed properly. Absolute hero with unbeatable prices. Imagine the horror as new home owners, running your washer for the first time and having a boatload of muck kickback, overflowing your kitchen sink - the issue was resolved the same day and he was nothing but patient and courteous for the entirety of the process. Highly recommended, zero regrets going with this company.
