We recently had a brand new bathroom installed and Sy did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was professional, communicated clearly, and showed up on time for every step of the project. The layout he designed works perfectly for our space, and all of his contractors were excellent — skilled, respectful, and detail-oriented. The finished bathroom looks amazing and functions perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Sy to anyone looking for quality work done right!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Sy is absolutely amazing and professional. From day 1 he communicated everything clearly and was always responsive to my questions. The bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. We have him already on board to do more projects around the house. Absolutely recommend pires construction for your house or business projects.

We hired Pires Construction to do a light commercial construction rehab of our dining facility. This company did a fantastic job. They were always on time, very professional and completed this project ahead of schedule. We will use this company for any future projects we might have. Definately 5 stars from me.

We hired Pires Construction to replace our sliding glass doors with new sliders. The old doors were in such bad shape they were rotting the structure underneath. He replaced the wood underneath waterproofed and sealed then installed the new sliders in a professional, timely manner and very responsibly priced. I would recommend him to anyone.
