DO NOT GET OIL FROM HERE!! VERY unprofessional experience. I scheduled an oil delivery right before a winter storm and was home all day with the cash ready, but was later told the driver came and no one answered. No knock, no call, and no delivery timeframe was provided. Instead of resolving it promptly, I was told to wait days for a re-attempt or find someone else to bring diesel. It was my first time using this company, and it will be the last time

• DO NOT TRUST PIRO OIL COMPANY WITH WINTER HEATING • NO DELIVERY, NO NOTICE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY. PIRO OIL COMPANY LEFT MY HOME WITHOUT HEAT IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER. Do not trust this company with something as basic as keeping your home heated. They agreed in writing to deliver oil, then simply did not show up and did not notify me. I only discovered it after I ran out of oil in middle of winter. On top of that, their internal communication is disorganized and a mess, and the customer service was confrontational and unprofessional instead of taking ownership and fixing the problem they are telling me how hard their job is..!
