We don’t usually give reviews but when a company goes from an expected high quality of service and skill to superlative - on workmanship, work ethic, service and courtesy- it would be unfair and a disservice to the community- not to say a few words. Anyone who needs to have a roof replaced should definitely consider Pisgah Roofing and Restoration of WNC. From first contact with David Einzig, who came out, evaluated the condition of the existing roof to John Jarvis, who managed the work crew and of course, to the work crew, we felt very very well taken care of. We enjoyed our meeting with Anastasia today. She was very knowledgeable, explained everything about our roof replacement project. Answered all of our questions based on products and what each product does to protect our roof, warranty and options. Provided the estimated cost and time frame on our project. Roof replaced by Pisgah Roofing on 11/26/25. The crew showed up ready to work and completed the tear off and installation of our roof in one day. They were quick, efficient, and respectful of our property. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Hats off to Billy and Colin for running a top notch organization. I would highly recommend Pisgah to anyone looking for roof work!

We were so impressed with how thorough, professional, and knowledgeable our estimator, Anastasia Loomis, was in providing us with a bid on replacing our roof. She was up on our roof and crawling around in our attic, measuring and surveying as needed. She did a great job of laying out the facts and options without the annoying sales pitch, which left us feeling confident and comfortable in hiring Pisgah Roofing to install our next roof.

Anastasia came out for the estimate and was fantastic. She was thorough and professional and explained everything clearly with supporting photos of our roof. We are still gathering estimates and have not yet decided which roofer to use, but her estimate and presentation was excellent.
