This was by far the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time. I had an issue at my home with my water heater and called around. Pistol Pete went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and effectively. It is clear that he takes genuine pride in helping others and is motivated by more than just the job itself. His dedication, attention to detail, and positive attitude made the entire experience seamless. I am truly impressed, and I would highly recommend his services.

I had to call for a plumber on Sunday morning, because I had an employee drop their keys down the drain. I called Pistol Pete's to see if they could come out, and they said they were in Bakersfield for a few hours for mass service. They told me they would contact me when they were on their way. I told them this was important, so I would wait. I waited all day, just for them to ghost me. They never contacted me, and I even sent them a message asking if they were coming. They then had the audacity to message me in the afternoon, asking if I was able to get my keys out. If I could give zero stars, I would. Even one star is too good for this place.

I have used Pistol Pete’s many times now and they have always made me feel as though my plumbing needs were a priority. Their communication and family values show in their work ethic. They treat you like family. I have several properties and have needed everything from unclogging a sink to ripping out walls and concrete and installing new lines and clean outs. I am very thankful for their honesty and quality of work.

Our drain had a clog and called and he was out here in less than 30 mins. Ran his snake and now have a clear running drain! Very, very reasonable price he charged. Definitely recommend!
