Tammy took my phone call in a very professional manner and explained in a very concise way how Pitbull would deal with my emergency. Eric was at my property the next day and did a very thorough examination of my problem. He explained to my satisfaction how Pitbull would remedy things. Very professional and understanding. Thank you kindly for your quick response. Ted Thorp, A.C.E., is a professional certified Entomologist who put my wife at ease with his empathy and understanding.. Mr. Thorp was very thorough and scanned the bedroom throughly and the entire rest of the house.. We didn’t find the snake with his thermal camera which only picks up living things.. The snake is most likely dead as it cannot sustain itself.. So when and if we locate the snake we will immediately contact Pitbull Pest Control, Inc., to remove it.. My wife is still a little jittery but sleeping much better.. Thank you Pitbull for helping us get through this ordeal and for all the services you have provided us through the years.. Pitbull was quick to schedule me and come to help me deal with the rodent issue. Joey was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time necessary to answer all of my questions as to what and why the specific treatment that he was implementing. I could tell there are many years of experience behind him. I really appreciate the customer service I've received, both from the office staff and the field staff.

Mike is my main guy and is the absolute best. However, great workers are indeed led by great leadership for the most part and his boss Teddy is nothing short of that.
