Wonderful service! Very easy to get in touch with on the phone (I spoke with Christy several times and she was available and accommodating). Our heat stopped working so I called the next morning and they were able to work us in that afternoon. They weren't going to be able to get the replacement part until the next day because it was 5:00 and the store had closed. Thirty minutes later Cody returned and had been able to get the part after all and stayed late to install it so that we would have heat that night. He went out of his way to do this and we are so appreciative! Thank you Cody and Pitt Electric!

I had several small electrical problems that needed repair, including hanging of a dining room light. The clerical staff is pleasant and work was scheduled within two days of the call. The electrician was very courteous, efficient and conscientious. For a large electrical firm, the service was personable, and the price was quite reasonable. .Eric Brestel

I have a service contract for about 3 years , I'm so happy we do , these guys come out to our home twice a year to make our heat and AC ... Is running good ... And we have also use them for other services we have been very happy with the service...Rick & Cody 👍🏾

I Don’t know about Grenville office but that one in Garner they doesn’t know how to manage the project on electrical construction you do the math!!!!

My first time using Pitt Electric. They set up an appointment within 24 hours and the technician Chris Fleming showed up on time and immediately got to work and provided me with an estimate within a few minutes. Two hours later, he had replaced an older electrical panel (had fuses) with an updated panel, in the detached garage, and installed two dimmers in the house. Cleaned up and removed all packaging materials. Excellent work, great personality, prompt service; all at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended and will use them again when need arise.
