If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. There is nothing about my experience that was less than exceptional. Tom’s approach to selling, the AMAZING installation crew and the office staff far surpassed any expectations. I do need to give a shout out to the installers. They treated my home respectfully, they were the happiest, friendliest crew I have ever met and they cleaned up. The Provia door and storm door are more than I hoped for. Easiest company I have ever encountered especially given some snags we encountered. I will hire this company for all my doors and window work. Thank You!!!

As repeat customers, I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Pittsburgh Window and Door! From choosing the doors to the installation, the entire team was TOP notch! We are thrilled with our new doors and storm doors. The customer service, timing of installation, the installation itself, communication, and just everything was absolutely perfect! We are very happy!

What a horrible company to deal with!! First issue – had to wait a month to even have someone come to my home to take measurements to prepare a quote. But the real issue is the salesman Mike Hetzler who was incredibly arrogant throughout the visit. The topper being that he said he needed 2 weeks to prepare a quote and could only mail it out (vs. email)!! After 10 days, he left a message to say he should have the numbers the next day (only asking me to call if I had questions). Didn’t hear from him or receive anything in the mail; finally after I left two phone messages seeking a status update, he deigned to call me back and said that he could put the quote together and mail it if I still wanted him to!!! He said he thought I wasn’t really interested in doing business with them because

Got my second (rear) storm door from PW&D today. Awesome experience. Mike was easy to work with on the sales front (options, features, pricing, delivery expectations). Scott and AJ did a meticulous (almost three-hour) install that borders on artistic. Could not be happier. I love having a small handful of high-quality craftsmen to work with and to refer to friends and family. No need to ever look anywhere else for anything these guys do. Thank you all!

What a great experience, from quote to installation. This team of professionals did an outstanding job and went over and above to make sure everything was installed with quality. I recommend this company to anyone. A great local company!
