Pivot Parking - Greenville

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I entered this parking lot on 6/25 and texted the number provided on the signage. I immediately received a text message stating that the service was not available. I attempted this twice to no avail. I then got out of my car and scanned the QR code. I entered my license plate # and came to a screen to enter my info for payment. Well the page would not load and kept timing out. I should have paid $20 bucks for a short park but was charged $50. I want to also add that there was a huge event in the area that day. I believe their system was strategically down during this time purposely as people are desperate for parking. They make it difficult to pay so that they can up charge you later.
